Why we collect it

We use this information to prepare quotes, schedule and deliver cleaning services, follow up on your request, and keep records of work done. We do not sell your personal information.

Consent and CASL

Submitting the contact or quote request form is your consent to be contacted about that request by phone, text, or email. Any marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and you can stop them at any time by replying "STOP" or emailing us at frodo.inga5@gmail.com.

Service providers we use

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site and respond to your requests:

• Web3Forms, to deliver form submissions to our inbox
• Vercel, to host this website
• Google, for fonts and embedded maps, and for analytics if enabled
• Microsoft, for Clarity analytics, if enabled

Each of these providers may process data on servers located in the United States.

How long we keep your information

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable business record-keeping, and we will delete your information on request.

Your rights

You have the right to access and correct the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. If you have a concern about how we handle your information, you can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
