It's settled on every horizontal surface in the house, and a normal cleaning service is not equipped to handle it.
Post-construction cleaning is its own specialty. We use commercial-grade HEPA vacuums, microfibre systems that actually trap fine particles, and a methodical top-to-bottom sequence that prevents re-dusting as we clean.

Pricing
Post-construction cleans vary enormously depending on the scope of the project, the trades that were involved, and how much dust got past the plastic sheeting. We quote after a quick site visit or detailed photos, no guessing.
For larger jobs (new builds, full home renos, multi-unit) we offer staged pricing with rough/fine/polish billed separately.
