Bi-Weekly

Best for: Small teams (5–10), back-office or studio space, hybrid teams.

A solid middle ground. Most affordable recurring tier that still keeps things feeling fresh.

Monthly

Best for: Very small teams (1–5), studio offices, low-traffic spaces.

A deeper, longer visit each time. Good for offices that mostly self-maintain between visits.

Office pricing depends on square footage, cadence, after-hours requirements, and whether you need eco-friendly only. Quotes are flat-rate (no surprise hourly creep) and locked in for 12 months.

Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. We carry full commercial liability insurance and are WSIB covered. We can send you a Certificate of Insurance before any contract starts, most commercial leases require it.
Do you clean after hours?
Yes, most of our office work happens evenings or early mornings. Just tell us your hours and we'll work around them. We're discreet and security-conscious.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
By default we use a mix of professional and green products. If your office has a green-only policy (or staff with allergies), just say so and we'll switch the kit to fully eco / non-toxic at no extra charge.
What's the minimum contract length?
None. We work month-to-month, no annual lock-in. We're confident enough in our work that you'll want to stay without a contract forcing it.
What if my space is very small?
We work with offices as small as 500 sq ft. There's a minimum visit charge but it's very reasonable, call us and we'll quote on the spot.
