How far in advance should I book?
Try to book 5-7 days before your move-out date. Last week of every month is our busiest, especially the 30th and the 1st, those dates fill up first. If you're tight on time, call us, we can often squeeze you in.
Should I clean before you arrive?
No. Just remove all your belongings (the unit needs to be fully empty) and we handle everything else. The cleaner the space starts, the faster we finish, but you don't need to pre-clean.
Do you provide a receipt for my landlord?
Yes, we send a detailed invoice with the service date, scope, and before/after photos. Some landlords ask for proof of professional cleaning, especially in newer condos. We've got you covered.
What if my landlord still tries to withhold my deposit?
Send them our photos and invoice. If they still push back, the Landlord and Tenant Board takes professional cleaning evidence seriously. We've never had a client lose a dispute when they came to us first.
Do you do carpet steam cleaning?
Vacuuming and spot-cleaning are included. Full carpet steam-extraction is a separate add-on, let us know when you book and we'll quote it in.
